NAC to ISE migration

i currently have NAC v.4.9 (appliance) and thinking about migrate all existing license to ISE (VM)

is that possible ? any cost?

if possible, can i have an information or document please

There was a program to migrate from ACS or NAC to ISE licenses. It provided base licenses for a year at no cost. You should check with you Cisco SE or partner to see if the program is still available.
