I have one group profile that want to access a list of devices : access server, VPN firewall, routers, switches, another oem devices (like PacketShaper device that is using a Radius propietary version). I configured the NAR with many devices I want to restrict. All run OK except the PacketShaper, that I could see in the logs, that the Radius start register didn't had any information about the Caller-ID or IP source address of the source login device, and it failed to authenticate. In the "failed attempts" log said that the NAR filters can not check the NAR because of a missing field like the one I mentioned. Now I already contacted the PacketShaper technical support asking for this field, and I don't have any answer yet, but in the case they can't provide me it, I want to check all the access to the network devices I mentioned earlier, that run OK, and exclude the PacketShaper device. How can I do to exclude the PacketShaper devices from the NAR checking ??
