Need MAC Book wireless device authentication using mab for SSID via ise server and the same ssid we will use for dot1x auth also.

We are using Meraki cloud for wireless

This won't work. In wireless. you can use MAB *or* 802.1X. But you can't use MAB for some devices and 802.1X for others. This is a restriction of the SSID setup and not a restriction of the ISE. You have to use two SSIDs for this.
