Hello Selva,
Thank you for the rating.
the path should be relative, not absolute. i.e. put (/) only and that indicates the tftp folder (that you configure from TFTP).
If you have your file inside a folder in the TFTP directory, say folder name is "backups" then you configure the path: /backups
However, as long as you want to save to the TFTP directory itself use (/) as a path (without parantheses of coruse).

Your TFTP look fine (if you have the correct ip address configured).
What TFTP server that you use? not all TFTP servers handle the traffic equally. If your file is large (100 or 200 MB or more) I would suggest to use FTP.
Are you sure that your TFTP server is up and running and also reachable?
It is possible that the ACS is not able to reach the TFTP server.

Selva:
Why you need it specifically from GUI? (sometimes it is easier from CLI).
Anyway, if you want to take SCHEDULED config backup from GUI then go to:
System Administration -> Operations -> Scheduled Backups.
Of course you need to configure a repository for the backup. from:
System Administration -> Operations -> Software Repositories.
To take a backup immediately,
System Administration -> Operations -> Distributed System Management.
mark your ACS and click on the "Backup" button. It sends you to a page to enter file name and choose the repository.
