Network Devices and AAA clients in Cisco ACS

Hi 

I am using Cisco ACS GUI when I am adding Network Devices and AAA clients in Cisco ACS. Can I do this same activities through CLI after logon ACS in SSH ?

One thing needs to add that can I get API for Cisco ACS to perform this activity with integrate some automation tools

Yes, I believe you can do this. Steps on importing objects using CLI is given here:
