Network devices are not displayed when login with AD credentials

Hello

Network devices are not displayed when login with AD credentials but they are when using admin account. Few days ago. the Devices were showing when logged in with AD cred.

Make sure the AD group is still set as a super admin for menu and data access.

Is the user in another group that may get more restricted access? I would thing highest wins, but have not tried with being in multiple groups.

That should be under user identity groups ? because I am not seeing the AD group there.

administration>System>Adminaccess

On the left there should be a group defined under Administrators>Admin Groups.

That group should be called under Autorization>Policy
