I am looking for more details around what are the requirements for having a remote NFS backup repository as described here. Basically what NFS versions are supported on the ISE side. Can you help with this?
I tried it myself using Fedora and Ubuntu with NFSv3 and NFSv4 successfully without Kerberos. NFSv4 should also work with Kerberos, as well, but it's rather complex so I did not try it.
