In ISE deployment, we are facing a problem related to end users systems.
The users get authenticated and authorized perfectly according to the configured policy, but there is exclamation mark on Network connection.
Which indicate “No Internet Access”
Do you have any idea?!!

According to this tech-note from Microsoft, this is how Windows detects Internet Connectivity:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee126135%28WS.10%29.aspx
So in general, you need to have port 80 or DNS open to the listed website/DNS record.
Now, did you try to refresh the IP and see if you face the same issue?

make sure that non of the ACL is blocking and you have a clear access to live world.use the trace commond in windows to see what is blocking you access.
