Having same error, waiting for patch if any solution :-
-psn1/admin# show timezone
UTC

-psn1/admin(config)# clock timezone PST8PDT
Setting the timezone via CLI is not supported.

i found bug CSCvo49755, Patch11 is there for ISE version 2.4 but still no solution for ISE version 2.6

I have a 2.6 deployment and am able to change the timezone. It is done in the CLI, not the GUI with the command 'clock timezone <timezone>'. You can use 'show timezones' to find the code for your timezone. Note: I think changing this may cause an app restart.

While the command is there it was my understand that it is still unsupported.
