Not able to install ACS 5.5 image on CSACS 1120 appliance

This is the error i am receiving

"An error occurred trying to format smosvg/altrootvol.  This problem is serious, and the install cannot continue."

Hi Mullick,

This error normally points to a hardware failure.

You may need to replace the device.
