Not seeing static BYOD URL in Authz profile ISE 3.0

1. I am using ISE 3.0 and trying to create onboard auth profile
2. Creating Auth profile with Web redirection ( Static URL in network device profile )
3. I am not able to find the static URL in authorization profile page
4. Same thing works in ISE 2.7

I suspect this is something specific to the Network Device Profile you are using in your AuthZ Profile. I see the options when I use the default 'Cisco' profile in my ISE 3.0 p2 instance.
