Does ISE support OAUTH? Is it possible ISE to be OAUTH Server ?

Yes, ISE currenlty only supports SAML for Single Sign On (SSO):

Please see the ISE Compatibility Guides under Supported External Identity Sources for the SAML services that we have validated.

ISE is currently supporting SAML 2.0 for SSO but not yet OAuth. Please bring your use cases to ISE product management team.
