I am not aware of a way to log the IP adresses of the device connected to the console. However, as an alternative, you could use console port authorization, though it is generally accepted NOT to be an effective security measure. It can be easily by-passed using the break sequence to by pass the configuration. It can however be used to see as to who did what on the console port, which seems to be what you are trying. To enable command authorization, use the command aaa authorization console.
