how to recover cli password for cisco acs sns 3495 appliance?i try CICM but always reboot from the ios. it never appear the below options:

The console displays:

Welcome to Cisco Secure ACS 5.1 Recovery - CSACS 1121

To boot from hard disk press <Enter>

Available boot options:

[1] Cisco Secure ACS 5.1 Installation (Keyboard/Monitor)

[2] Cisco Secure ACS 5.1 Installation (Serial Console)

Do you have a boot disk inserted in the CD-ROM or a recovery USB inserted?

Hi Neno,

The way i recover the password is thru CICM, i used the kvm console from there i mapped the iso software and then rebooted the server. how ever it always boot on its ios and not from the mapped iso software. if i will use boot usb how would i change boot sequence in the bios? im not familiar how would to change the boot sequence.
