I have configured PDM on PIX 525 6.3. Once passed initial logon through https, I am asked to login again. The login box says: firewall/192.168.253.1, Realm: PIX, Scheme: Basic, then username and password. I have tried use PIX as unsername, enable password, I have tried use no username and enable password and local user account with password....it seems all in vain, any ideas?

"Cisco" is the default Username / Password ... at least it used to be.
Note: capital "C" in Cisco.
If you haven't added any users/passwords, this should work.
To add users from the CLI, go to config mode (config t), enter "username XXXXX password XXXXX"
Replace the "X" with the appropriate values.
Then exit config mode (ctrl-z) and save the config (write memory or "wr mem").
Good Luck

Scott,
I have created two local users and tried, it still asked for login. I also used ACS server, after initial username/passwd from my Active Directory, the second login windows pops again, I have no idea what the PIX is asking for, it is really annoying now.....

I have the same scenario at Cisco router, you should configure something like router "ip http server authentication local", try this, and i think this will help you!
