PIX RADIUS Outbound

Can the PIX pass authentication 'Outbound' to a RADIUS Server?

I know it works 'Inbound' but what about Internal users getting Authenticated and Windows Rules set for Outbound access??

Sure, the concept is no different, you just specify the command a little differently (generally just change the "inbound" keyword to "outbound"). There's examples here:
