When typing ISE IP address in any browser, the license page works normally but not when using URL. this happened after upgrading to 3.0. Anybody experienced similar issue?

Did you install the latest patch? if not I would highly recommend you apply the latest patch which should be patch 5 as of today.

I have seen the same issues with 3.0p5. My only advice is to try multiple browsers and/or work with TAC.
