I understand that the CX agent syncs with devices according to the schedule. But how often does it sync with Cisco's contracts database? Is it something that can be modified by an admin or super admin?

Reading through the CX agent overview guide and it says that the cxadmin password expires after 90 days. Do do we have to manually renew it then? What happens if It was an automatically generated password at the time of installation?
Logging in to CX cloud to see if a customer has CXL2 for Campus Network. But I can’t see that information under “Adoption Lifecycle”. Nor is it available through the “?” icon anymore. Is this a bug?
