Hi
I am using ACS 4.1 for W2K and i have some problems to purge logged in users. Whe i want to do this action the message "No users at IP x.x.x.x" appears. Until now i have about 300 users which i can't remove from the "Logged-in Users" list. I didn't have the problem with ACS 3.3.3.
Is it possible to purge the users from the command-line?

CSCsh43814 : "No users at IP x.x.x.x" error when trying to purge users from the "Logged-in Users" list.
Over 300 users showing up as logged in, but most of them are bogus and rebooting doesn't help.

Go for 4.1.3.12
Also apply patch 2 on top of that

Prem,
Do you have to install 4.1.3 first before installing the 4.1.3.12 and then patch 12, or can you go directly from 4.1.1.23? Is 4.1.3 and free upgrade from 4.1.1 or do I need to purchase it?
Thanks.
