Problems configuring Cicso ISE 1.4

Hi All,

I am configuring ISE 1.4 with cisco WLC 5508 ( software version 7.6.130.0) for BYOD. I have already configured guest access successfully.

I am having issues with the redirection , when a user gets redirected to a BYOD portal and  it gives an eror saying "Unable to obtain user information needed for the network access.Try Again"I have attached the screen shot as well.

Any advise on that guys?

I have the exact same issue but with wired. Were you able to resolve this?
