Problems renewing ISE licenses

Hi, 

We have a customer who purchased renewal ISE Premier licenses for 1500 users.
These licenses appear in the Smart Account.
When registering the token in the ISE, it appears:

Why consume Essential if the licenses purchased are premier?
And why does the device admin license appear out of compliance?

It looks like you are on ISE 3.0 P4 or P5. The issue is already addressed in patch 6:

Regarding Device license shows out of compliance, which means there is no device admin license on the CSSM or may be there is shortage of this license.
