Profiler Feed Service Configuration - Update Now Greyed out

Hey I'm running into a weird issue, My profiler Feed Update now in greyed out. Also Manual update is greyed out after downloading the OUI file manually. Any Ideas of what I am missing? I have it fully licensed with Plus and Apex applied.

 please double check if you hit the Save button after checking the Enable Online Subscription Update:

try to reboot the server , i got this issue before however after rebooting  the server ise the issue disappeared

A reload of my Primary MNT node did the trick. The Profiler database was updated.
