Question about ISE deployment and PSN

Hi all, 

We have like some PSN and a PAN distributed deployment, 

is it normal that when I go to any PSN I only see some tabs and no config at all? like the in attached picture? 

I only see the System time configuration and the NT server configuration. 

Im not into much of the ISE tech, but just wanted to make sure if this is a normal behavior and I should be able to take at a look at the primary node only

Yes.

You will only see the full suite of options on the Primary Administraion Node in a distributed deployment.
