"Unable to load Context Visibility page." [Cisco ISE 2.7 patch 10]

Hi all,

I searched the forum for such topic, and it seems we are not the first ones.
We get the error in the image whenever accessing the page for the metrics.

I entered the SSH session on both the nodes and performed a nslookup for both the IP addresses of two Cisco ISE nodes. I always get the response for the reverse lookup.

Any idea about why do we get that error and how to solve it?

Forward (A) and reverse (PTR) DNS records exist for all nodes?

Sorry @ahollifield , your reply slipped my mind, yes, we have A and PTR records for each target.
Thie topic is no longer an issue for me.
