"User Change Password" on ACS ver 5.3

On the ACS ver5, there is a "User Change Password" feature. When i click the UCP WSDL, it gives me a page with WSDL language.

Question, how is it supposed to be installed? does it copy or install to any web server

You should use the UCP.war file . You will need an Apache Tomcat server . Here are the instructions http://www.ciscopress.com/articles/article.asp?p=1678922
