Radius Authentications report for WLC don't work

Hello,

On the ISE, WiFi Authentications Radius does not appear in live events and reports.

The configurations on the different WLCs and the ISE seem correct. 

However, wired connections appear fine.

We're in version 3.1.0.518 P4

Have you ever faced this type of problem?

it's hard to answer this question without asking more questions. Of course this is not expected behaviour and there must be a reason for this.

Are you 100% sure that your WLCs are sending their RADIUS requests to the ISE platform you are looking at?  Have you confirmed this with a tcpdump on the respective ISE node to which the WLC is sending RADIUS traffic? If you can see valid RADIUS requests (and possibly also responses) and you don't see anything in LiveLogs then perhaps someone has enabled Collection Filters. That would hide the requests from LiveLogs for sure.
