When a client enters the 802.1x authentication process the device through which it is authenticating with ISE for 802.1x like Access point sends a list of parameters along with the clients authentication parameter to the ISE. This includes Radius-called-station-ID as well to identify from which SSID the authentication request is coming from.

assume you have two ssid in you network, and both ssid use 802.1x and each ssid have different access policy, how we can differentiate bewteen these ssid in ISE?
we use called-id to make ISE know in which ssid the wifi endpoint connect to

Radius-called-station-ID is AP Radio MAC / SSID. You dont need to configure It, this is get during the Radius transaction
What you need to do on the SSID is enable 802.1x as authentication method.
