This feature should be available on the radius server side: authentication failures, etc ...The router will not keep in memory statistics anout the radius authentication.authorisation.But I am afraid there's no commands on the router to monitor the radius authentication.
Another possibility is to use the syslog server to log informational/debugging level messages
on the syslog server: you will have to compute the generated syslog file to get out the statistics.
