radius server marking dead on NAD

Hi,

In our deployment in the switch the radius server is marking dead for sometimes in some switches but actually the radius server is alive and we checked the test connectivity using the test command and this is also fine and we checked the cpu,memory of the switch also and thats also fine.so we are not able to narrow down the issue and is anyone is facing this kind of issue or is any known bug registered for this behaviour.

current version 3.3 patch 7

TAC Case is also raised but tac is also saying this is very much weird.

Could you check the path for any FW, STP, or routing changes?

How soon is this going to go dead and alive? Do you know if any timers are configured? Please make sure you add the source interface for ISE connectivity, and check whether it improves.

By the way, switch model and IOS?
