Hi,
So I have 2 ACS 5.5 appliances that have been working in Primary/Secondary replication mode for several years. I just moved the secondary off-site and changed it's IP / reflected DNS. The secondary came up as a primary. I removed any config in "Distributed System Management" for the secondary node (on both hosts).
Then since it appeared that everything was cleared, I went to "Deployment Operations" and attempted to register it to my primary, and now it just says "You cannot register server to itself. Please provide another hostname/ip address." When I try it by FQDN it just gives me a java error.
Any idea how I can get replication working again between these two nodes?
.:Edit:.
A reload fixed it. The "Instance Status" info at the top was incorrect until after I reloaded it.

Also, both devices can ping one another. Just seems that the replication configuration is intolerant of an IP change and I'm not sure where to go from here. :(

Hi Ackoch0013,
Please do the full replication or deregister the secondary node and add it once again to deployment .
Could you please let us know ,if any other details required .
Thanks
