Solved: Recommended Public CA for ISE BYOD Deployment

Hi,

Currently deploying ISE for BYOD and encountering issues with Go Daddy Cert. TAC and software escalation team identified that the issue is due to Go Daddy CA being cross-signed causing issues with apple and android devices.

Do we have any recommended Public CA? Or at least someone that's been already tested to be working seamlessly with ISE for BYOD?

Best to continue working with Cisco TAC and ISE ESC teams.

If the issue is mainly with Apple iOS devices, then it's similar to CSCul69023. This bug is 3+ years old so the workaround may or may not work well, depending on the list of all client operating systems to be supported in the customer deployment.

If the customer prefers using another vendor and if available, ask for a trial certificate.
