Removing PAN and MnT

Currently I had ISE setup as a standalone with PAN, PSN and MnT on remote site. Moving forward is it possible to remove the PAN and MnT from the remote site as the HQ will be configure with PAN and MnT? Thus the remote site will be link back to the HQ? 

If yes, is there any documentation regarding this?

Just add the new nodes to the deployment, initially as secondary PAN and MnT. Then once they have synced, designate their roles as primary accordingly. Then you can decommission the remote side nodes and personae that are no longer needed.
