Replace NGS with ISE for Sponsor portal on testlab WiFi setup

Hello Expert team,

We are trying to replace Cisco NGS with ISE 2.3 for Guest WiFi users.

In present Guest WiFi set-up, NGS is used to Provide Sponsor portal only and placed in internal network. 

Guest Portal is being hosted by Anchor WLC ( in DMZ ).

We want to achieve same set-up with ISE too. It is not working when I try to use Anchor WLC for hosting Guest portal and ISE PSN ( in internal network ) only for sponsor portal. Guest portal is not appearing on test Laptop.

WiFi components

SSID- GuestWi-Fi

ISE server for Sponsor Portal to create Guest account (Inside network)

Internal WLC ( inside network)

Anchor WLC ( in DMZ)

DMZ Router for DHCP

proxy for internet

Please help to achieve this. we want to continue using Anchor WLC for hosting Guest Portal and ISE PSN only for Sponsor portal.
