Reseting CLI-Admin password for ISE in Azure

Hi Everyone,

I have an ISE appliance in Azure, last month I have rebooted it with admin/pass vial CLI.

After the reboot, i could not log in to CLI with the same admin/pass that I rebooted with.

since the ISE is in Azure, it is not possible to insert an ISO file to reset the password and the Cisco support could not help too.

has anyone an Idea how can I reset the password ?

Hi Greg,

thank youf but unfortunatley this solution is for GUI password reset.

for CLI admin I should login with user and Crypto key import <public key filename> repository <repository name>
