Restoring a backup to ISE deployment

Hi experts,

Is it recommended if I restore Configuration Data (EXCLUDING ADE-OS) to a Primary PAN that's part of 12-node brand-new deployment? Or, It would be the best to do this while this primary PAN is still in its standalone mode or primary mode without any member/Secondary nodes joined yet?

This is for restoring 2.2 Config Data into 2.4p2.

Do the PAN and then add all the nodes.

Build one 2.4p2 node first, import the data, then add nodes in to the cluster.

Remember that when you restore the config it doesn't include SSL Certs so you'll have to re-add those separately.
