Role promotion of ISE node

Hi All,

Is it possible to promote secondary (admin/mnt) node to primary when current primary (admin/mnt) node is down or turned off? Will there be any sync issues while doing this?

Hi @alinbaby ,

 yes, it's possible to Promote the Secondary PAN to Primary when Primary PAN is down.

 At https://<SPAN_IP Addr>/admin click the Promote to Primary:

 Note: please take a look at ISE Admin Guide 2.4, search for Manually Promote Secondary PAN to Primary.
