Scheduling ACS backups failure

Hi, I am using ACS SE 4.0 and I have problem on scheduled acs backups.

I am trying to schedule an appliance backup in every 15 minutes interval.

I already setup my ftp server (using 3CDaemon) with a user that has full read-write-access to ftp server.

Problem is this type of ACS scheduled backup is NOT working. What seems to be the problem?

Although ACS backup "at specific times" and "manual" are working perfectly.

What do we see under reports and activities for the backup and restore for the schedule backup??
