Could you help me sharing a Document who can have the rules or customer restriccions, related to the use of "Root User" inside the Cisco ISE apliance?

We don't provide the ability for administrators to gain root level access to ISE servers.

The customer needs a Cisco Document who say that, Does exist such document?

Not that I'm aware of.  Root access is only enabled with a patch file and its only available to the Cisco TAC.
