Seeing ACL traps for ASA in our syslog server

We recently started seeing traps like the one below sent from our ASA.  Need assistance interpreting them.

%ASA-3-710003: TCP access denied by ACL from 37.79.108.72/11424 to outside_interface:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/23

They are coming from multiple different IPs.

Someone tried to telnet to your outside interface from the outside and was denied. This is common in an edge firewall scenario.
