SESM services on windows

Hi.

I'm using sesm 3.3.1 installed on windows 2000 SP4. I'm trying to add ssg services on windows through *svc - i. In fact, the services appear on services window but the service doesn't start giving the following error: could not start the service on computer. The service doesn't return an error...

How can i solve this?

This link doesn't provide any answer to my doubt. And the instalation i made wasn´t an upgrade from 3.2 ... so, it can not help me.
