Setting up policies in ISE to respond to wireless threats. Possible?

Is it possible to configure ISE to respond to wireless threats identified by Cisco WLCs?

Do you mean things like Rogue APs etc?  I don't believe so - perhaps those WLC events should go to pxgrid and then ISE can take action based on that. It does seem like a good source of information to cause ISE to take action - TC-NAC.
