Show disk, lists /run/user/00 and other directories

Hi Experts,

Running ISE 2.6 with patch 6.

While checking disk usage, these following disks are shown:

/run/user/321 : 0% used ( 0 of 1621268)
/run/user/0 : 0% used ( 0 of 1621268)
/run/user/304 : 0% used ( 0 of 1621268)
/run/user/322 : 0% used ( 0 of 1621268)
/run/user/1000 : 0% used ( 0 of 1621268)

Are these directories of any use and how are they created on ISE?
Could these be removed from ISE?

Those directories are created by either the underlying OS image or during the initial installation. They cannot (and should not) be deleted.
