Please take a look at the attached screenshot. My customer told me that the external sponsor group AD mapping for the sponsor group members disappear randomly. Although the proper groups were added, saved, some of the groups just disappear after some times. No Alarm on the Home page indicting any network, NTP or AD problem. Is this some sort of known bug?
ISE deployment is fully distributed, running 1.4p11.

Did you check the change audit reports to see if someone/something is modifying the sponsor groups?

Please check as Paul suggested. AFAIK no known issue like this.
Cisco Identity Services Engine Software Version 1.4 says,
Software maintenance support for 1.4 and 1.4.X releases end on September 30, 2018. No patches or maintenance releases will be provided for ISE 1.4 and 1.4.X releases after that date
Thus, I would suggest to consider upgrading to ISE 2.x soon.
