Hi,
We've come across weird issue with sponsor portal in ISE.
Once you login, you can create users but once created they are not showing in manage tab.
Manage tab shows 0 users. If you want to view it, that shows "Invalid input."

Issue impacted all portal users in various browsers. Sponsor Group settings had to be re-enter again and saved.
Looks to be a bug. It happens each time you restart any node.

I have never seen this, but it doesn't look healthy. Have you tried the usual tricks of clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser?
On the Primary Admin Node, I would stop services, and reload. The PAN controls the database for the Sponsor Portal. Perhaps a reboot is needed.
If that fixes it, that's great, but perhaps it's a bug that could occur again.

Hello,
We have the same issue. ISE version 3.2.0.401/ We re-entered the Sponsor Group Settings but the accounts do not appear. Any ideas?
