Everytime we need to open the SponsorPortal to manage accounts we need to use all the link, if we use the FQDM does not work.
Example: https://sponsor.mycompany.com:8445 --- it only opens with https://sponsor.mycompany.com:8445(all other stuff in here)
How is it possible to only use the first one?
Second question, in the Sponsor Portal there is the menus to create accounts, manage accounts, approve accounts and notices/warnings, my question is it possible to give only access to some LDAP users just for manage and approve acccounts, and not all the possible functions of the sponsor portal? I tried to search for it in the configurations and nothing appears for it

You can use the FQDN only if you don't specify the port > https://sponsor.mycompany.com. ISE will then redirect you to the correct port and portal. This means that you need to make sure that port tcp/443 is reachable. ISE will also present the admin certificate during the first handshake which means that you need to have the sponsor FQDN as a SAN in your admin certificate to prevent a certificate error.
