is this possible if we can store running configuration of all cisco switches on Cisco ISE ?

is there any way please let me know.

@jain.manish94 no you cannot, the ISE is not a repository for switch configuration backups.

You should purchase an NCM solution, such as SolarWinds or create a python script.
