Hi Team,
My customer do installation for Cisco ISE for their employee. They create two SSID (SSID "ISE" and SSID "Normal"). SSID "ISE" is SSID which use ISE as radius server and "SSID Normal" is directly use Active Directory as Database.
When some employee already connect to SSID "ISE" and they want to switch to SSID Normal, they can't connect / login & they can't get assighment from DHCP. They must clear ip address of & MAC Address user in WLC first, after that they can login to SSID Normal and get IP from DHCP.
Is this process normal ? Any thought ?

I think this is more of a question for the wireless team but what I can think here that if the IP address is the same then the wireless controller is not seeing an ARP entry to learn about the client because its on the same network? When you release/renew the WLC learns the IP address as it can see traffic and forward it.
Is the VLAN (network) the same on both the SSID?

Curious if fast SSID changing is enabled?
