Hello freinds

always stuck here , the same pac key between the SWT and Cisco ISE , what could be the issue and how to solve it

Hi, Do you have the cts authorization list command specified?

E.g

cts authorization list CTS-MLIST

aaa group server radius ISE
 server name ise1
aaa authorization network CTS-MLIST group ISE

Hello,

I have the same issue as Ibrahim had.

I have no authorization list command specified for radius ISE. We just use CTS manual with "no propagate sgt" for switch to switch MACSec.

I get every minute the logging information:

%CTS-6-ENV_DATA_WAIT_RESP_STATE: Environment Data Download in wait response state
%CTS-6-ENV_DATA_START_STATE: Environment Data Download in start state

Is there an option to stop the retry_timer or to deactivate the whole enviroment_data process?
