Tacacs is show the UPD?

Hi,

I want to know about the UPD port is open when I do below activity?

Router#sh run | in tacacs
tacacs-server host 1.1.1.1
tacacs-server directed-request
tacacs-server key cisco

Router#sh control-plane host open-ports
Active internet connections (servers and established)
Prot        Local Address      Foreign Address                  Service    State
tcp                 *:23                  *:0                   Telnet   LISTEN
udp                 *:49            1.1.1.1:0           TACACS service   LISTEN
udp                 *:67                  *:0            DHCPD Receive   LISTEN

Please suggest me on same.

This has been reported by the following bug but it is not fixed yet due to  low priority.
