Greetings,
I have 2 users in China getting this error. From what I found online, this should have been fixed a few versions ago.
So, here is what we are running.
ISE 2.1 (No patches applied)
AnyConnect 4.3.03086
Client OS:
Windows 10 Home (Chinese edition)
My posture update system is working, and this is what it's currently at.
2016/12/19 09:18:11 | |
Last update attempt at 2016/12/19 09:18:11 was successful | |
221572.0.0.0 | |
165.0.0.0 | |
85.0.0.0 | |
41.0.0.0 |
Any idea of what to check would be appreciated.

Thanks, I think it is working now. It looks like the auto update does not update the OS version because it was on 39.0 and went to 41.0 when I manually updated, even though the auto update had worked earlier that morning.
Not sure on what version of Chinese, probably simplified.
1607 is the version number of Win 10 Anniversary edition.

Chinese Simplified or Traditional or both? Version 1607?
I would suggest logging a TAC case, if possible. Else, you may enable DEBUG on posture and look in ise-psc.log for osVersion string returned by AnyConnect ISE posture module. Below shows a sample log entry.
